Swing The Fly supporting Partner Big Sky Anglers‘ former “Spey Days” has evolved into the Trout Spey Tailgate, a laid-back gathering centered around Spey casting and two-handed fly fishing. Bringing together guides, instructors, and Spey enthusiasts from multiple fly shops and outfitters, this free event keeps things relaxed and welcoming, with casual casting clinics, gear demos, and plenty of time to hang out, learn, and fish at your own pace.
There will be plenty of members of the local “Spey Community” on hand to help you with your cast, dial in rod/line combos, talk flies, or just share a few stories.
