For once in literally years, Spey Nation went off sans-natural disaster!
Not a tornado, hurricane, flood or earthquake (for the record, pretty sure an earthquake has never impeded Spey Nation) in sight.
Just three complete and sun-soaked days of private lessons, the first ever Swing The Fly Spey School, and of course, and most importantly, the public event on Saturday at Pineville, including gear to demo from Scientific Anglers, HMH Vises, C.F. Burkheimer, R.B. Meiser Fly Rods, The Mayfly Project, Scott Fly Rods, Patagonia Fly Fishing, and more.
Presentations conducted by:
- Rick Kustich
- Daniel Ritz
- Jeff Liskay
- Nick Pionessa
- Garret Brancy
- Steve Szeliga
Special thanks to Oswego County, NY, for their continued support of Spey Nation.
Swing The Fly would also like to recognize Douglaston Salmon Runs for their continued support and engagement with the Spey Nation weekend.
Lastly, but of course not least, special thanks to Dan & Kathy Burnside for their continued contribution since the beginning days of Spey Nation, of a home-cooked meal for all.
We look forward to seeing you in 2026! Stay tuned to SwingTheFly.com for more details just as soon as they are available.
