I’ve never fished the Santa Cruz but have dreamed about it since driving over the river in 2008. What I can tell you is that Argentina is my favorite place on earth — the food, the people and culture and the landscape make it a worthwhile trip without even fishing. And throw in some bright Atlantic steelhead and you really can’t go wrong. I’m hoping to get my shot sooner than later. -Zack
